Orders & Payment

All artworks offered for sale are original works of art, unless otherwise stated in the product description.

Prices are displayed in the online store at the time of purchase. Any applicable shipping costs are shown at checkout before the order is completed.

Payment must be completed at checkout using the payment methods available in the online store. An order is considered confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped from Finland using Posti parcel services. Shipping costs and available delivery destinations are displayed at checkout.

Orders are carefully packed and dispatched usually within 1-3 business days after payment has been received. During holidays or temporary periods when the studio is closed, dispatch may take longer. Any temporary changes to dispatch times will be announced on the website.

Delivery times vary depending on the destination and the shipping service selected. Any delivery estimates are indicative. Ceare Art will fulfill orders within agreed delivery period and in accordance with applicable consumer law.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address when placing an order.

Returns & Refunds

Customers generally have the right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days of receiving the artwork, without giving a reason. Customers may also exercise this right before delivery. To withdraw from a purchase, customers can use the “Withdraw an Order” function on this website.

Customers are responsible for the direct cost of returning the artwork. Returned artworks must be handled with great care and packed securely for return shipping. Customers are responsible for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the artwork.

Refunds will be processed in accordance with applicable consumer law. The refund will include the original standard delivery cost where required by law. Ceare Art may withhold the refund until the returned artwork has been received or the customer have provided proof of having sent it back, whichever occurs first. Once the artwork is received, its condition will be checked. Any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the artwork may be deducted where permitted by law.

Certain exceptions may apply, including artwork made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalized for them.

Artwork Availability

Ceare Art offers original artworks as presented in the online store. Custom commissions are not currently offered as a standard service. Any custom artwork arrangements, if accepted, will be agreed separately in writing before work begins.

Damaged & Lost Parcels

If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact Ceare Art as soon as possible and include photographs of the artwork, its packaging and any visible damage.

If your parcel appears to be lost or has not arrived within the excepted delivery period, please contact Ceare Art so that the shipment can be investigated with Posti.

Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected by these terms.
